Come home to yourself in a restorative energy session designed to balance your energy, awaken divine love within, and realign with your true essence. Here I will help empower you to become your own healer.
This 90-minute session includes:
We begin with grounding and intention setting, where I’ll guide you to connect with the present moment, your body, and explore what’s alive in you. Through gentle conversation, we’ll uncover how you truly want to feel in a way that shifts your whole being on a deeper level.
Next, you’ll experience guided meditation and energy activation, using divine breath to inhale fresh new lifeforce energy and exhale anything that no longer serves you. With each breath, you create space in the body, softening tension, and allowing divine energy to flow freely.
Then, you’ll lie down for the Energy Alignment session. Calling on the presence of God, your higher self, and any spirit guides, I’ll move my hands of light over each energy center, working from root to crown. Through intuitive energy work and prayer, we’ll balance the energy, allowing divine love to harmonize your whole being.
Finally, you’ll affirm your intentions through the presence of I AM, claiming the truth of who you are. I’ll guide you in welcoming divine love home into your heart. We’ll close with gratitude, honoring the healing that’s taken place. You’re welcome to rest and integrate your experience.
By the end, you’ll feel aligned, grounded, and empowered, ready to step forward in peace and vitality. This is more than energy work; it’s an invitation to awaken your divine self and embody your highest potential.
The Healing Modality I Work With
The energy I work with is divine healing through God’s universal light, rooted in faith and full surrender to The Most High's presence and infinite love.
God is the healer; and only you have the will to accept this healing. I am simply a vessel, holding sacred space for God's light to flow. This life-giving force created and sustains us all, and this connection is available to everyone.
In each session, I faithfully hold you in embodied Love, working with my hands of light to assist in energy balancing and integration. Moving through your energy centers, I pray aloud, inviting you to surrender to God's healing presence. Every session is an act of devotion - all glory be to God!
This work is an extension of the divine healing that has been available to humanity since the beginning of time. It is simply Love in action.
If the term God doesn’t resonate for you, that’s okay. This divine presence has many names: Source, Creator, Spirit, the Divine, or even your Higher Self which is an extension of this holy light. What matters is the Love that moves through us, guiding us back to wholeness.

I do not "give" energy, I simply hold sacred space for God’s healing presence to flow. Through prayer and hands-on energy work, I invite divine light to restore harmony and awaken the wholeness already within you.

Everyone’s experience is unique. During the session, you may feel warmth, tingling, pulsing/waves of energy, or a deep sense of peace and relaxation. Energy is not limited by space or time, meaning virtual sessions are just as powerful as in-person ones. We connect via voice or video call, and you simply relax in a quiet, comfortable space while I guide you through the process.

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. You may be seated with your feet grounded, or laying down. You may want to set an intention, have a journal nearby to reflect on your experience afterwards. Use the washroom beforehand, and keep a glass of water nearby. Come with an open heart and trust in the process.

Yes, energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive practice that works in harmony with your body’s natural intelligence. It is a supportive tool that complements any spiritual or self-healing journey.
