Grounding & Intention Setting:
We begin by gently grounding into the present moment, connecting with your body and breath. Through compassionate conversation, we explore what you long to embody and set a clear, heart-led intention to guide your healing journey.
Guided Meditation & Energy Activation:
Using sacred breath, I guide you to inhale revitalizing life-force energy and exhale what no longer serves you. Each conscious breath softens tension and opens space for light energy to flow freely throughout your entire body and auric field.
Intuitive Energy Work:
You’ll lie comfortably as I intuitively move my hands of light over your energy centers, balancing from root to crown. With prayer and invocation, we call on God, your higher self, angels, and guides to support healing. This hands-on healing session restores harmony and activates your innate capacity for love and wholeness. We close with gratitude and invite you to rest and integrate, anchoring your new alignment.
By the end, you’ll feel grounded, aligned, and empowered, ready to move forward with renewed peace, vitality, and a deep connection to your divine self. This is more than energy work; it’s a sacred invitation to awaken and embody your highest potential.

The Healing Modality I Work With
The energy I work with is divine healing through God’s love, rooted in faith, guided by prayer, and offered in full surrender to the presence of the Most High.
God is the healer; and only you have the will to accept this healing. I am simply a vessel, holding sacred space for divine light to flow, inviting you to soften, receive, and return to your natural state of wholeness.
This life-giving force created and sustains us all, and this connection is available to everyone. Whether you call it God, Source, Creator, Spirit, The Divine, or even your Higher Self which is an extension of this holy light, what matters is the Love that moves through us, guiding us back home to truth
What Makes Each Session Unique
Rooted in sacred devotion: Each session is a ceremony. We call upon God, your Higher Self, and divine allies to guide the healing with grace and purpose. Every experience is uniquely attuned to what’s alive and ready to be held and healed.
You are empowered to become your own healer: I do not “heal” you, I walk with you. Through sacred presence and practical tools, I help you remember who you are and awaken your ability to hold yourself in love. You’ll leave with spiritual practices you can return to anytime, rooted in trust of your body’s natural ability to heal when supported in love and care.
Hands-on, spoken, & spirit-led: This is a living prayer. As I move my hands of light through your energy centers, I speak intuitively, offering prayer, breathwork, affirmations, and guided meditation to support your intention. You are invited to participate, or simply surrender and receive.
Faith meets embodiment: This isn’t just energy work. It’s a return to your soul’s divine blueprint, where love becomes embodied, your Higher Self takes root within you, and God is welcomed to live, breathe, and move through your being. Together, we integrate this alignment into your everyday life.
This work is an extension of the infinite Love that has always been available to us. It is a sacred remembrance that you are never separate from God, and never without access to peace, clarity, or the sacred light within. You are whole. You are held. And you are Divinity Embodied.

Everyone’s experience is unique. During the session, you may feel warmth, tingling, pulsing/waves of energy, or a deep sense of peace and relaxation. Energy is not limited by space or time, meaning virtual sessions are just as powerful as in-person ones. We connect via voice or video call, and you simply relax in a quiet, comfortable space while I guide you through the process.

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. You may be seated with your feet grounded, or laying down. You may want to set an intention, have a journal nearby to reflect on your experience afterwards. Use the washroom beforehand, and keep a glass of water nearby. Come with an open heart and trust in the process.
