Abbey (@yogabyabbey) and Nick (@withlovefromlove) will be working together in this powerful session combining sound healing and energy work.

In this session, Abbey will guide us through a sacred sound healing journey using various sound healing instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes and the ocean drum, along with healing Sanskrit mantras.

As you become entrained by the sacred sounds, Nick will be guiding an introductory meditation to help prepare you for your journey. Then, Nick will be offering personal chakra balancing and
energetic adjustments throughout the sound bath for all those who are open to receive this
additional layer of support. This is a deeply recalibrating session for mind, body and spirit with an opportunity to make shifts at a subconscious level through working with our subtle energy.

There is no experience required.

All participants will receive a 1 oz bottle of ormus, a tensor ring, and a wire wrapped clear quartz crystal to support your integration and highest expansion.
