Join us at Yoga By Bebi for a 6-hour retreat honoring grief as a sacred teacher. Held on a serene animal sanctuary in Niagara-on-the-Lake, this retreat offers a nurturing space to meet your grief with compassion. Through shared rituals, gentle somatic movement, guided meditation, a shared meal, and both inner and group reflection, we will explore grief as a pathway to wholeness, allowing it to move through us with love.

What’s Included:

10:00 AM - Welcoming & Intention Setting
Arrive fully into the space with shared agreements and intention setting, creating a foundation of safety, presence, and non-judgment. Each participant is invited to introduce themselves and set a personal intention for the day.

10:45 AM - Grounding Movement Practice
Grief is held in both the heart and body. Through gentle, intuitive movement, we release tension and attune to what feels supportive and nourishing.

11:00 AM - Opening Ceremony & Grief Sharing
We open this sacred space with reverence, lighting candles and placing offerings on the altar. In deep presence, each participant is invited to share their grief, held with love and without the need to fix.

12:30 PM - Journaling & Resourcing
Through guided journaling, we reflect on the tools, practices, and inner anchors that sustain us in times of deep emotion, cultivating self-compassion and support.

1:00 PM - Nourishing Meal & Nature Connection
Enjoy a wholesome, charcuterie-style meal featuring organic, locally sourced ingredients. Weather permitting, we take this time outdoors, allowing nature to hold and ground us.

2:00 PM - Guided Loving Kindness Meditation
Through a heart-centered meditation, we invite compassion into the spaces within us that ache, offering ourselves the same love we give to those we grieve.

2:30 PM - Heart-to-Heart Connection Practice
Standing in quiet presence with another, we meet each other’s gaze, allowing love to flow freely. No words, only recognition—we are not alone.

3:00 PM - Healing Meditation & Sound Journey
Enter deep relaxation through meditation and sacred sound, weaving together crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle spoken word for integration and peace.

3:30 PM - Closing Sharing Circle
Reflect on the day’s journey in a final sharing circle, honoring what has moved within us and the space we have held together.

4:00 PM - Completion & Integration
With warmth and care, we close our time together, carrying the wisdom of the day forward with greater awareness, connection, and support.
