10:00 AM - Arrival Tea, Light Breakfast & Grounding Practice
Sip herbal tea, enjoy a light breakfast, and ease into the space with a grounding intuitive movement session. You'll be guided to listen to your body, let go of tension, and settle fully into the present moment with compassion and care.
10:30 AM - Opening Ceremony & Intention Setting
Together, we open the retreat in sacred ceremony. Through gentle meditation and heartfelt sharing, you'll be invited to meet your higher self and set a soul-aligned intention for the day. This is where our healing begins, in presence, connection, and truth.
11:00 AM - Life Reflection & Self-Love Assessment
In this opening practice, you'll be gently guided to explore key areas of your life, your relationships, body, work, home, health, spiritual path, and more. Through reflective prompts, you'll begin to uncover where you're living in alignment with self-love… and where you may be abandoning your truth. This is not about judgment, but about awareness. With compassion as your guide, you’ll assess how love is moving, or wants to move, through every part of your life. This practice sets the stage for transformation by helping you see clearly and feel deeply into what’s ready to shift.
11:30 AM - Nervous System Breathwork Practice
We’ll engage in a gentle breathwork session designed to regulate the nervous system, calm the body, and open the heart, preparing you to access deeper layers of reflection and clarity.
12:00 PM - What Would You Do If You Loved Yourself?
This is the soul of the retreat. With a compassionate lens and plenty of spaciousness, you’ll take a deeper dive into each area of your life. You’ll ask, “What would you do if you loved yourself?” What would you do more of? What would you let go of? What are simple loving shifts you can make to align in that direction? This powerful practice invites honest self-inquiry, soul-aligned action, and the remembering that love is not just a feeling, but a way of living.
1:00 PM - Nourishing Meal
We’ll gather together for a lovingly prepared charcuterie-style lunch, crafted with high-quality, organic ingredients to nourish your body and spirit. This is a time to slow down, savor, and receive. Surrounded by warmth and ease, you’re invited to rest, reflect, and let the nourishment of food, presence, and connection gently integrate all that’s unfolding within you.
1:45 PM - Mindfulness Nature Walk
Together, we’ll take a gentle walk through the serene countryside grounds of a local animal sanctuary—home to ducks, cows, goats, sheep, and horses. As we move slowly and intentionally, you’ll be invited to soften into presence, awakening your senses to the beauty around you. The peaceful rhythm of the land, the whisper of the wind, and the quiet companionship of the animals offer a tender reflection of the love and gentleness within you. This walk is a loving return to the earth, to simplicity, and to the quiet joy of being fully alive in your own body.
2:30 PM - Embodying The Higher Self
Through a guided embodiment meditation we anchor into the energy of your higher self. This is the version of you who lives from wholeness, who speaks and moves from love, who trusts her worth and walks in her power. After this inner journey, you’ll begin crafting a gentle action plan to align your outer life with this inner truth. Through reflective writing, you’ll explore what habits nourish you, what boundaries support your growth, and what loving steps you can take each day to stay rooted in your truth. You’ll be guided to shape a simple morning ritual, and you’ll close this part of the journey by declaring powerful “I AM” statements that affirm the sacred truth of who you are becoming.
3:00 PM - Closing Devotion Letter
Write a letter to your present self, offering encouragement, compassion, and deep devotion. This becomes a sacred reminder of who you are becoming and your commitment to the path you're choosing to walk in love.
3:30 PM - Closing Ceremony & Sharing Circle
We end our day in sacred circle, integrating the experience through sharing and a final anchoring meditation. You'll leave feeling rooted, realigned, and supported in your return to self.
